All purchases made through 1111jewels.in are considered final. We do not offer returns or refunds on any products.

Exchanges are available within 72 hours from the date your order is delivered. To initiate an exchange, please contact us at 11.11jewelsteam@gmail.com

Once the item has been collected from your location, we will quickly process your exchange and ship the replacement product to the address you provide.

Each order qualifies for only one exchange. Multiple exchanges for a single order cannot be processed.

All the Approved exchange and replacement will be completed with in 15 business  working days. We are not offering any type of return and refund on our Website 

Products bought during promotional sales are excluded from exchange and return policies. If you decide to exchange a sale item, any promotional discounts will no longer apply.

If your product has a manufacturing defect or you received an incorrect item, please contact us at 11.11jewelsteam@gmail.com within 72 hours of delivery. After this time frame, we are unable to accept claims or process exchanges.

Please note there is a ₹99 shipping fee for all exchange pickups, which will be collected during the exchange process.
